This villain-turned-vehicle has 2 wheels that swap out with his hands and combine with the wheel on his torso for his vehicle-like drag movement. The crossbow style weapon fits in his hand, or on his back as a manifold for the wheeled wonder. His translucent red harness and overall design give him a high-tech appearance, ready for display either standing up or rolling in prone position.
